You’ll never be brave if you don't never get hurt, you’ll never learn if you don’t make mistakes, you’ll never be successful if you don't encounter failure. I remember when I was a child, a little boy born and raised in Mexico, in a poor neighborhood, my dad was a truck driver, when I was at the age of three years my dad was arrested for crossing drugs through the border of Tijuana and was sentenced for ten years, at that time my mom didn’t have a job nothing just a tiny house that my dad brought, through the years we live in the poverty my mom alone with me and my brother three years older than me, my mom had a hard life but I never noticed that until I grown up at the age of eighteen years, my mom never told when I was child than we were poor, she always support me, she always tell go to school, do your homework,do your best, be happy, life is yours, always she told me and always I had it in my mind, my mom teach me how to get money without stealing or hurting someone she called trabajar honradamente “work honestly” that consist work without doing bad things or hurting someone, she invested money in candies and I sold them at school for 5 cents through the years I sold and invest in marvel's, candies, pens, and to buy school supplies I did a lot of business to get money and survive, years later my mom invest in her education to study hair styling (cutting hair) when she graduated she get a job and 2 years later she make her own business and we start to having a middle class life a better quality of life compared with a poor class life, what I am so proud is that my mom teach us than money doesn't matter if you don't have a heart and the desire to be someone in life that’s why we always walk with the head up, then when I was thirteen years old my brother left to the united states with my uncle, was a hard down on me but my mom and me we both kept going, two years later I told my mom that if we keep going in the same way as albert einstein said “If you want something different stop doing the samething”, I told my mom, I want a change in my life but in Mexico we can’t, my opinion was to move to uniteds states with my brother in the land of opportunities, my mom cried but it was a sacrifice to have a better quality of life, my plan was to have a better education and learn something new. my mom always, always motivated me to never give up, always do my best, and the best one do the things with love, my mom is my inspiration to be someone in life,my brother inspired me to play guitar and my mom inspired me to sing and play in front of people without fair. My mom inspired me to keep with my education as a university graduate and smile to life. When I seen my dad for first time after he was free from jail, I didn’t seen him as a dad, I know that it wasn’t his fault but I never was with him, I was raised without a dad but my mom said to me that she is my dad and my mom, then I remember that it was just a bad day not a bad life.
My goal is to be a musician and songwriter or architect designer. My brother inspired to be a musician when I show him play guitar, then I started to ask to my brother for help but his type i don't like it that was english gender , because my favorite type of music was regional mexican,so I began to look for youtube videos, learning scales, tabs, the composition of guitar, then when I was freshman at highschool realized that there was a guitar class so I decided to get in , but i wasn't be able to take because already I have my classes so I planned to get it next year, once I was in guitar class I realized that there were different levels beginner, intermediate, and advanced, I stared in beginner but I look forward and set in my own a goal to be an advance player guitar so I put all my effort and now I’m a senior and an advanced player my dreams come true, by the time went I learn a lot of things about music composition, performance, and music theory, now I buy a guitar and start writing songs because music is my passion, and another instrument I can manipulated is the trumpet I get involve more in music when I was sophomore I decided to take the band class, and at the end of the school year the achievement of the best band practice habits I was so proud of me, motivated me to be more involved in music and keep playing trumpet and now in my senior I have the band class again. Now I perform singing songs at school, at my house, with my family, and one day in a real stage with a lot of people hearing my music and my own songs, I want to get a job after high school to help my mom with the rent, in case i don't go to college or university for any reason I will keep trying find a job and save money then pay for higher education for me, from here I can see me with a big future than I can’t describe by myself, maybe we’ll see how it goes,Abraham Lincoln “don’t tell people your dreams the best way to predict your future is to create it” Abraham Lincoln, that’s what I saying, Mahatma Gandhi “The future depends on what we do in the present”.
